Dr. Amena O Anderson

Dr. Anderson is a seasoned DEI expert, educator and leadership professional whose

scholarship and practice centers on maximizing the potential of organizations by activating the

untapped power reserves of its people–individually and collectively.

 

As the Founder & CEO

of Shifting Power, LLC, Dr. Anderson curates solution-focused change methods responsive to

organizational context and informed by her years of experience as a transforming leader,

scholar, consultant, and master facilitator. An astute critical and creative thought leader, Dr.

Anderson guides people and organizations through processes that take up the wide spaces

available to them outside of the proverbial box.
